Amidst all the controversies surrounding it International Yoga Day will be celebrated on July 21.
It has been in news or you can says among the controversies ever since it was announced with some Muslim groups declaring yoga as anti-muslim.While some of the other Muslim groups are in complete favour of Yoga.
I just can't understand how a thing which has been in practise from medivial period or even before it can be declared as anti-community so easily.
Nevertheless Yoga is a great exercise for both body and mind which fits your body and helps in keeping your mind calm.
