Well this the new age in which we are living in, the age of shortcuts. Even the names are shortened .
The most famous is the namo of BJP prime minister candidate Sh. Narender Modi and the recent one added to the list is congress wise president Rahul Gandhi with Raga.
So here we draw a comparison b/w the two . well on the basis of their tasks and also on the basis of their so formed names.
well to start with raga is very popular in india (ofcourse i mean raga the word not the person) if we compare it with Namo but Narender Modi persona has made a large impact on the popularity of word...(Even Rafa is more famous then raga in india)
But both Raga and Namo has some connection with ancient india..... Raga means the rags (surs of sangit ) in India while namo is the world used in matras to pray our deity ..... so the words are surely the one which will grab eyeballs evrywhere.......
but it is worth comparing them with respect to their works and knowledge..
We all know that namo is more experience but even raga has a 15 year experience of active politics and that is no less(only if we leave the fact that he has just hold one imp. post and just for a year or so)so they both have a lot of experience and that is beneficial
well we mock raga a lot about his sentimental and not so relevant speeches(like the one stating that poverty is a state of mind) but he is not completely wrong .i mean if tagore would have said it we would have acknowledged him and filled our blogs or whatever with lakhs of praising speeches and letters....
If we see the connectivity it is very much clear that connectiveness of Namo is more then raga despite of raga being young and having a better chances of connecting with youth.... but afterall it's poltics not a Uday chopra movie which u know will flop so can't consider anyone out of race specially after the strong rising of Nayak(Arvind Kejrival)
