The season 5 of the popular TV reality show Fear Factor:Khatron Ke Khiladi has been announced..
The season 5 will be hosted by Rohit Shetty and will be shot in the next 2 months in South Africa and will go on air in the end of March or the start of April.
List of contestants is as follows:
1. Salman Yusuff Khan: Winner of DID season 1 , He is a Actor-Choreographer and has showed his talent in Remo D'Souza Movie ABCD and dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa.
2. Rochelle Maria Rao: She will add to the glamour quotient of the show with Mughda Godse. She is a former Femina Miss India International and IPL Host.
3. Ranvir Shorey: Movie actor Ranvir Shorey will switch to TV with this show. he has been seen in movies like Bheja Fry and Singh iss Kinng.
4. Rajniesh Duggal: Rajnish has acted in movies like 1920, Phirr and had acted in a daily soap previously.
5. Pooja Gor: She is a very famous TV actress who has worked in serials like Pratigya and V The Serial.
6. Geeta Tandon: She is a stunt woman eho do stutnts to support her family.
7. Niketan Dheer: He has previously worked in Jodha- Akbar and Chennai Exprees and is knowwn for his well build physique.
8. Mughda Godse : She is a model and movie actor ,popularly known for her role in Fashion.
9. Mahhi Vij : Last seen in Nach Baliye she has worked in serial Laagi Tujhse Lagan previously.
10. Gauhar Khan: She emerged winner of the populat show Bigg Boss and it will intresting to see competing with her Boyfriend Kushal Tandon here.
11. Kushal Tandon: He garnered very wide popularity during his stint at Bigg Boss and had previously done a daily soap.
12. Dayanand Shetty: "Daya darwaza tod do" is arguably the most famous line ever spoken on Indian Television and it will be intresting to see that wheteher this macho man of Indian TV will be able to justify his popularity.
It remains to be seen whether Rohit Shetty can replace Akshay Kumar and defest PeeCee whos failed miserably while doing so.
