The world cup has just ended and has given the disappointment to Indian fans as India lost in the semifinal but the disappointment is set to turn into excitement as the Indian Premier League is starts from April 7.
But as it always has been controversial,controversies doesn’t seem to leave the IPL as for
now.
The latest being the news that the defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders may pull out of the tournament.
According to some news channels,Shahrukh Khan team KKR threatened to pull out of the
league if BCCI does not clear its star spinner Sunil Narine.
The franchise has reportedly threatened to take BCCI to the court over the same issue.
The West Indian spinner has recently got clearance from ICC after his bio-mechanical test
in Loughborough.He was banned last year after his suspect action during the champions
league 2014.
Despite ICC clearance,BCCI insisted that the off-spinner has to undergo another round of
testing at the Sri Ramachandra University in Chennai before participating in IPL 8.
KKR officials reportedly are not happy with this as the ICC has already given him clearance.
