Sunny Deol and Kangana Ranaut's I Love NY was supposed to release 2 years back on the same date when Aashiqui 2 released but due to some problems it remained unreleased till now ,but after the success Kangana received after Queen and Tanu Weds Manu Returns has forced the prodecer to release the movie now and the romantic comedy movie directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru is all set to release on July 10 this year.
The trailer and the songs of the movie was released way back in 2013 and has been available on net since then but the producers has released the trailer once again.
Well having Kangana as the leading lady may create the required buzz for the movie but whether it has enough substance to work at the box office is yet to be seem.
Talking about the trailer it is about Sunny Deol who get drunk on a new year eve and is found in Kangana's home next day and Kangana introduces him as her lover to her family and what happens after that is the story of the film.
Well acting look up to the mark and somehow the pairing doesn't look odd.
Gur Naal Ishq Mitha song was a hit even 2 years back and the other songs also looks apt but the comic punches were not able to create any laughter.
Sunny Deol should come and promote his film as he has his big fish Ghayal 2 lines up to release later in the year and the film success can really help in getting a good opening for Ghayal 2.
