What's common b/w Shahid Kapoor and Akshay Kumar.
Well they have done a movie together , they are big stars here, Some might say Sonakshi Sinha,
But the most common part is the lack of luck which they are facing at the Box Office right now despite doing some great film.
Well no doubt bot Akshay and Shahid has a really great fan following (with Of course Akshay leading) , but despite their fans carving for their movie their movies are rarely turning the Box Office going when they release. While Shahid had a big relief with R... Rajkumar Akshay failed last time with Boss (Which was actully better then the second highest grosser of last year Chennai Express).
Akshay has been going through this on and off phase for quite sometime now (Infact from his CC2C days) and we all know his stardom has not faded but it is a well known fact that he is nearly 50 now and if his movies doesn't start working he can soon be the next inductee to the list of Rishi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor andd others who had to start doing small roles because of the failures of their movies as a lead. Well this year Akshay has very good films lined up with all 3 having a good buzz already so lets hope that this year turns the table for Akshay.
On the other hand R...Rajkumat is Shahid's first hit after Kaminey... almost a gap of 3-4 years and almost 6-7 movies. But Shahid is a young actor just 32 years so age is on his side. Also he has a humongous fan following and has only added with more fans with R...Rajkumar. This year he has a reallly good film in the form of Haider (who just turned his image with Kaminey). Moreover he remains in the news all through the year due to some kind of news so that just adds to his personal buzz. Infact he is the most popular young actor going neck to neck with Ranbir so there is still not any case of doubt on stardom but who can forget somebody like Vivek who once was the biggest new thing in Bollywood but soon disappeared due to his bad movie selection.
So it's high time for both and both will be hoping for luck to turn their way to get some success.We also hope the same.
