Sunny Deol is back and this time he is not uttering any of his whistle bajao dialogues or doing action in his all punjabi avatar.
The trailer of Mohalla Assi was released recently by its makers and has created a stir on the social networking sites.
The silm stars Sunny Deol,Sakshi Tanwar adn Ravi Kissen in pivotal roles.
The trailer of the movie was earlier leaked online. The film depicts the modern age Varanasi and its people in a unique way.
The trailer impressed me with Sunny winning my heart as the soft spoken Sanskrit masterji.
The easy flow of abuses in ever every dialogue can leave you gasping never the less.
Set in the locales of varanasi,it takes one through a journey of colorful pilgrimage town.It rotates aound the happening of Assi Ghat.
It is based on the popular hindi novel 'Kashi ka assi' by Dr. Kashinath Singh.
The film was shot in 2011 but was awaiting a release since then.
But the problem is that the film is full of gaalis and the new CBFC doesn't seem to like that much and interestingly the film director Chandarprakash Dwiwedi is himself a member of CBFC.
Now it is to be seen if the film passes censor test or not.
Here is the trailer of film.
